Tyler is based in Houston with an Electrical Engineering degree from Rice University and Certification in Energy Management from The Association of Energy Engineers. Tyler is currently completing accreditation as a Leadership Coach through CoachRICE certification program at Rice University.  His primary role at Yokogawa Corporation of America is Business Development for Industrial Gasses, Hydrogen in particular.  Tyler has 30 years of industrial, O&G experience, including 10 years deploying technology solutions for Air Liquide and 15+ years engaged in business development and sales of solutions designed to accelerate and improve valuable work processes.

Juan earned his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in process optimization. With more than 15 years of experience, his primary role at the R&D group is to project, manage and develop innovative KBC software products to satisfy market requirements, with special emphasis in energy management and sustainability. He is also currently a faculty member in the Chemical Engineering department at The University of Texas at Austin, teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses in applied mathematics and engineering.
